                                 Fungi Who discover fungi ? Alexander Fleming Discovered  fungi in 1929, he is a  Scottish physician-scientist. Fleming discover Penicillium. At first he noticed the green mold of penicillin grown in culture dish of staphylococcus, in this way he discovered the Penicillium. What is fungi? Fungi are group of living Microorganism classified in their own kingdom, that means its neither not plants or animals or bacteria. Fungi are Eukaryotic organism such as yeast, molds, mushrooms, etc... Fungi are lack in photosynthesis, that means chlorophyll not present.  What are the types of fungi          The fungi are classified into 4 divisions. recently added one, 1. chytridiomycota   -   chytrids 2.Zygomycota        -   bread molds 3.Ascomycota        -   yeasts and sac fungi 4.Basidiomycota    -  club fungi 5. AND HISTORY   I‘m given a comparative studies of elephants dead recently and previously   Female Elephant died in Karlapat      On 15 February 2021 six elephants died of Haemorrhagic Septicaemia the causative agent is Bacteria Pasteurella multocida. Elephants died in Karlapat Wildlife Sanctuary in the Kalahandi district of Odisha. Wildlife veterinarians on Sunday confirmed that all six animals died of haemorrhagic septicaemia or Pasteurellosis. The Pasteurella infects the respiratory tract and lungs of the animals resulting in severe pneumonia. It mainly affects water buffalo, cattle and bison, and has a high mortality rate among infected animals. Pasteurella causes a range of diseases in mammals and birds, cholera in poultry, rhinitis in pigs . Elephants in Sanctuary Wildlife sanctuary located in the Kalahandi districts of Odisha, covering an area of more than 175 square kilometers. According to the 2018 census the sanctuary had 17 elepha

  Pasteurella   multocida : It's gram-negative Bacteria. Non-motile sensitive to penicillium Family Pasteurellaceae Genus Pasteurella 16S rRNA gene GRAM NEGATIVE BACTERIUM- INDICATES PINK IN COLOR Phylogenic and molecular study of P.multocida :  The bacterium has 146 KDa protein belonging to the A-B of toxins. nucleotides sequencing of 1.3Kbp and phylogenetic analysis isolates 16s rRNA gene isolates.  Molecular characterization of P. multocida local strain using Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus (ERIC), 13 virulence genes and the outer membrane protein (OmpH) gene provided data information that could be used as a diagnostic tool, epidemiological markers.
